This bracelet set is made in Guatemala of waxed string, braided or macrame'd, some strung with wood beads. The bracelets symbolize a different part of the legend of Wakami, which talks about the creation of the Earth and all the living beings on it, and ends with an explanation that love connects everything.
The bracelets close with either a slip knot, or a button closure and measure about 8" long. They can be worn by a man or a woman. Wakami bracelets are meant to be worn all the time, as they wear, the color will fade and the bracelet will get softer. Made in Guatemala. Comes with a card explaining the symbolism of the bracelet in English and Spanish.
